'`hat the City Solicitor is hereby authorized and directed
to secure a dismissal of the case of the City of laterluo,Iowa,
vs.BZackHawk County,Iowa,now pending in the District Court of
said county,and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a warrant for the payment of the court costs of said
dismissal.
