Whereas , It has been learned through reliable sources, that
Mrs. Maggie S . Moses , 2118 Mulberry Street, is one worthy of a
remission of her taxes , she bein-;. a widow with three small children
to support, Now, therefore
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of 'Naterloo ,
Iowa, that we hereby recommend to the honorable members of the
board of supervisors of Black Hawk County, Iowa, that all taxes
of the said Mrs. Maggie S. Moses be -,-s tte c_ or refunded.
