Whereas , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
did on the 8th day of April , 1918, elect F. T. Forker as
Sanitary Inspector of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
Whereas , it has been the custom of the state dairy commis-
sioner to appoint the local sanitary inspector as deputy
state milk inspector , now, therefore ,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, that it is the desire and request of this
Council that State Dairy Commissioner , W. B. Barney, appoint
the said F. P. Porker as deputy state milk inspector. Be
it further
Resolved, that the City Clerk be , and he is hereby,
directed to certify a copy of this resolution to W. B.
Barney, State Dairy Commissioner.
