RESOLUTION NO. 2013-404
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH N & S PROPERTY, LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated May 20, 2013, for the sale
and conveyance of city -owned property located at 401-409 Franklin
Street for $1.00, plus costs, for the construction of a
$700,000.00 retail building in the Logan TIF District, adding
taxable value to the site, by and between N & S Property, LLC of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th da of May, 2013.
