Whereas , It has been demon6tr,c:..t- 1 that the voiue of
business pending in the Municipal Court makes it imparative
that a deputy bailiff be appointed to assist in carrying out
the orders and business of said court , now, therefore
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, That Bailiff J. N. Sweitzer be, and he is
hereby authorized to appoint a deputy bailiff for the Municipal
Court , said appointment to become effective June 1st , 1918.
