RESOLUTION NO.
Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waterloo„Iowa:-
That whereas the said city council did upon the 8th day of
July, I9I8,pass a certain proposed resolution No.4188 ordering
the construction of a certain sewer upcn Sycamore Street and
Linwood Avenue in said city,and whereas under another resolution
Ye.4191 also passed on the 8th day of July,I9.18,the city clerk
Wa6 directed to advertise for bids upon the same and said bids and
proposals upon said sewer were received and opened as stated in
said last named resolution on the 22nd day of July, I9I8,in the
council chamber of the city hall,-
Now,therefore„be it further resolved that any and all bids
above referred to in said above named resolution,be and the same
are hereby rejectedvand the city clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to re-advertise for bids upon said sewer upoln the said
above named streets 4141,- 0,-1,1AJA4A-c4
