' Be it resolved, by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
advisability and necessity of construct-
ing cement sidewalks along the fol-
lowing described streets in the City of
1 Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby declared and

The contractor is to he required to
give a cement contractor's bond as
provided by said ordinances of said
city and also an additional bond in
the sum of 25 per cent of the contract
price.

contractor for the amount thereof
against a fund to be derived from a
tax to be levied under Sections 779 'and
841 of the Code of Iowa and the laws
amendatory thereto, which certificates

Said improvements are made by order

therefor of the abutting property own-
ers.
