hereinafter described as followsitowit:—
McKinley street from the North line of Miles street to the south
line of Commercial street,
Schley street from the Southerly line of Commercica street near
the BlackHswk Creek Bridge to the Southerly line of Commercial street
(
near Jefferson street .
Raynor street from McKinley street to the Southerly side of
Commercial street.
Roosevelt street from the Southerly line of Commercial street
to the Northerly line of Raynor street and from the Southerly line
of Schley street to the Northerly line of Miles street.
The Alleys in Blocks One(I) ,Five(5) ,and Six( 6) in Red Cede: 1.e,
dition,all in the QiAy of Taterloc,Iowa.
Now,tnerefore,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to cause to be published in the official papers of the city,
a nctice,as required by the ordinances of said city, of hearing as to
