BB It Resolved by the City Couneil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:-
rhat the contract dated. September 26th. ,I9I7,and entered into
by virtue of 'Resolution No.4093 passed August 28th.)1917,by and be-
tween the City of Waterico,Iowa,and the Moore-Sieg Construction
Company for the construction of certain railway track crossing pave-
ments upen East Mullan avenueFalls avenue and other streets in said
city shall be cancelled as to those street crossings wnich have not
already been completed unddr the terms of said contract and the said
Moore-Sieg Construction Company shall be released from 'any furthe
construction work under said olOttract.
Ee it further resolved that the construction band made a part
of said above described contract shall also be released and the 11ayor
and. City Clerk are authorized to release said bond upon the express
condition and consideration that the said Moore Construction
Gpmpany shall file a maintenance bond in the sum of
' (43--cc2Q-s- )Dollars in which said company snail
agree to keep said railway track crossing pavements in repair for
a period of one year from the date of acceptance thereof.
