That on and after November 10, 1918, the City of Waterloo dis-
continue the collection of garbage. Be it further
Resolved , That Ernest Baldwin, garbage inspector be , and he is
hereby, directed to notify the various persons now employed by the
city as garbage collectors that their services will not be required
after Saturday, November 9 , 1918.
