Accepting Sidewalks On 7ewton„ Fullerton Avenue„PeekjEarclay
And Various Other Streets In The City of '' terloo„lowa.
BE IT PERnLVET) by the City Council of the City of W_terloo,Iowa+-
rh&„t the work of Fred Teeter, on his contract of August 16,1912,
for the construction of cement sidewalks on Newton„ Fullerton Avenue,
Peek)Burclay,Manson,Gable,Nevada,, ears„Utica,Bertch,Dleasant„ Fails
Avenue,Englewood,Wligate,Randall and various other streets in the
City of Waterloo„Iowa,be and the same is hereby accepted,and the
sidewalk on Kimball. Avenue abutting Lot ',in Powers Addititn to the
City of 71,,,terloolIowa„ constructed under petition and waiver is alsc
hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to publish and root notices as required by law, showing the
cost of constructing said improvements on the streets as setforth in
said contract showing the cost and expense to be assessed against
each lot Or pazcel of ground abutting on said described atreeta.Said
notice to be published in the Waterloo Daily Courier and Reporter
and Waterloo Times Tribune.
Be it also further resolved that the time for the construction
cf said sidewalks which are at this time uncompleted under the terms
of said above named contract shall be extended to 1919
said sidewalks being described as follows;towit :-Center street,South
side in frtnt of Lot 4 Block S in Bicker-& Bratnober Land Co. ,Addition;
East Fourth Street,West side,in front of Lots 12,13,14 and 15 Block 4 in
Gates Park P1Lcei,alsc Lots 21 and 22 in Block 5 in Gates Park Placei
Vaughan Street on Northwesterly side of Lots 4 and 5 in Block 27 in
Westfield Additicn, from C.P.I .& P .track to ',7estfield Avenue;Ilock Island
Avenue,South aide,Cleveland streets to Magnolia Parkway along Lots 330,
303,260,259,178,164, 104 and 96 all in Galloway Addition,all in the
City of W&,terloo„Iowa.
