Whereas, the City Engineer has this day filed in the office of the
City Clerk, a plat , plan, specifications and estimates for the con-
struction of sewer along the following describes streets in the City
of Waterloo , Iowa: •
• Beck avenue from the manhole at
Manhard street to the center line of
Vaughan street to be 12 inches in dia-
meter.
Vaughan street from the center line
off Beck avenue to the center line of
Rock Island avenue to be 12 inches in
• diameter.
Rock Island avenue from'the,denter
line of Vaughan street to the jlepter line
of the alley between Cleveland street
and Knoll avenue to be 12 inches in
diameter,
Rock Island avenue from the cen-
ter line of the alley between Cleve-
I land, Street and Knoll'avenue to the
center line of Magnolia Parkway to
be 10 inches_in diameter
On Sycamore street from the 'North-'.
westerly line of Thompson avenue to
the Northwesterly line extended of Lot
• Nineteen (19) in Auditor's Bayou Plat
to Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
said sewer to be ten (10) inches in
diameter.
On Linwood avenue from a point
106.5 feet north of the manhole at
Grant avenue to a point 180 feet North
of the manhole at Grant avenue, with
a manhole to be built at the end, said

Whereas , said council has examined said plat, plpfls, specifications

and estimates, now, theWore
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa,
that the plat, plans, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid,
be and the smme are hereby approved and aaid improvements are hereby
•
ordered made in accordance therewith.
