Whereas the city council t®f the city of Waterloo , Iowa, has this
A-7 .1Ded a resolution ordering the construction of sewer along the .
following described streets in the city of Waterloo , Iowa, to-wit:
Beck avenue from the manhole at
Manhard street to the center line of
Vaughan street to be 12 inches in dia-
meter.
Vaughan street from the center line
of Beek avenue to the center line of
Rock Island avenue to be 12 inches in,
diameter.
Rock Island avenue from the center
line of Vaughan street to the center line
of the alley between Cleveland street
and Knoll avenue to be 12 Inches in •
diameter.
Rock Island avenue from the cen-
ter line of the alley between Cleve-
land street and Knoll avenue to the
center line of Magnolia Parkway to
be1QJrches in diameter..
On Sycamore street from the North-',
westerly line. of Thompson avenue to
the Northwesterly line extended of Lot
•Nineteen (19) in Auditor's Bayou•Plat
-to Waterloo, Black Hawk County,Iowa,
said sewer to be ten (10) inches in
diameter.
On Linwood avenue from a point
109.5 feet north of the manhole at,
Grant avenue to a point 110 feet North
of the manhole at Grant avenui; with
a manhole to be built at the end, said
sewer to be ten (10) inches in diameter.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the city council of the city of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the construction of sewers be and the same are
hereby ordered.
And be it further resolved that the construction of said sewers
are ordered upon motion of the ciP7 council without petition therefor
by abutting property owners. said work to be commended not later
than r1„--4-1- J 119184 and completed not later than
