Jefferson street from the center line of West Eighteenth street to the center line of West Thirteenth street,to be ier inches in diameter. Bertch avenue from the center line of Oregon street to the center line of Minnesota street,to be IC inches in diameter. Lafayette street from the center line of Indiana street to the center line of Adtian street,to be 18 inches in diameter. Lafayette street from center line of Adrian street to the center line of Wyoming street,to be I inches in diameter . Lafayette street from the center line of Wyoming street to the center line of uma street,to be 12 inches in did-meter. Hillside avenue from Frederic avenue to the center line of Mitchell avanue„to be 8 inches in diameter. Dawson street from the center line of smiAtA/14i40 Burton avanue to the center line of Leonard avenueithen-en .Leonard avenue nd oakIand avenue to a point 70 feet North of the North tine of Riehi streetjto be IQ inches in diameter. • Said sewers to be constructed of standard vitrified sewer pipe or concrete sewer pipe;said sewer pipe to be laid in conformity with existing grades where already established or to grades to be estab- lished by the city council of said city. Manholes are to be placed along said sewer as shown by the plans and specifications for said work. All of said work to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore to be prepared by the city engineer of said city and filed in the office of the city clerk of said city. The cost of constructiug said sewers shall be paid when the work is completed and accepted by the city council by sewer cart- 1 ificates issued to the contractor against the th3 property abutting on such sewers in proportion to the number of lineal front feet of each parcel of ground thareoflwhich certificates shall be ac- cepted by the contractor in full patent of said work. The contractor is to be resluired to give bond to the City of waterloo,lowajin the sum of oe-third of the cost of said sewers with approved surety or sureties as a guaranty that tie will proper- and ly construct and carry out said work/faithfully perform all of the terms and conditions of his contract.
