Fe It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,Icwat—
That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to furnish plans;estimates and specifications for the
construction of a ra—inforaed concrete arched bridge across the
Cedar Fiver at the Whitney-,San Souci Road on the West bank thereof
and Conger Street on the East bank thereof.
Passed February 10th.,I919.
