Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the plans, specifications and estimates prepared
by the City Engineer and filed in the office of the City Clerk
for the work of taking down and removing the steel truss bridge
now located. over the Cedar River at the Whitney-San Souci Road
on the West bank thereof and Conger street on the East bank
thereof, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the erect_lon and
construction of a re-inforced concrete arched bridge in the
place thereof, be and the same are hereby aproved.
Passed February 24, 1919.
