Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of ,iaterloo, Iowa:
That the City .!:/agineer ba and he is hereby directed
and authorized to furnish plans, specifications and estimates
for t-,he construction of a re-inforced concrete bridge across
the "Ila ok Hawk Creek to connect Miles street, extended, with
Westfield Avenue.
