Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of iaterloo,iowa:-
2hat the work of the Dearborn Construction Company on their
contract of October 5,I9I8,for the construction of sewers on
Beck avenue,Vaughan street ,Rock Island avenueycamore strett
Linwood avenue,and Magnolia Parkway,in the City of aaterloo ,
Iowa,be and the same are hereby accepted.
Be it further resolevd that the City Clerk be and be is
hereby directed. to publish and post notice as required by law
that plat,schedule and report have been filed by the 'City
Engineer as required by law,showing that the cot i of construct-
ing said sewers on the streets as set forth in said :ontract and pi
showing the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot or
parcel of ground abutting said. described streets. Said notices
to be publishei in the daily newspapers of the City of daterloo,
Iowa.
