received, opened and road for the construction of a re-inforced
concrete arched bridge across Cedar river at the nitney-San Souci
road and Conger street, in the city of 4aterloo,Iowa, b.1 and the
same is hereby accepted.
Be it farther resolved, that itava City AttoraeL, be, an: he is hereby
a
directed to prepare/contract for the doing of said work, and the
mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to exec,Ite
same in behalf of the City.
