Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of laterloot Iowa;2.hat all persons owning property abutting on the following named streets, towit:- :,:ulberry street from the i:orthwesterly curb line of East Fourth street to the southeasterly curb line of East Park avenue, Lincoln street from the Jest line of Logan avenue to the easterly line of Utica street. lley through Block Sixty-four ( 64) in Cooley's Addition from the rthwesterly line of Ea at Second street to the Et line of Loean avenue. Lafayette street from a line two (2) feet Northwest of Illinois Central Railroad. aoLlpany's :Aath Edit line :rack to the East line of Indiana street. La fayette street from the East line of Indiana street to the West line of Fay street. Lafayette street from th West line of Fay street to the Easterly line of the City limits. The City Engineer is hereby directed to cause notice to be served upon said. property pwners of the requirements of this resolution as by Ordinance provided* In case any property owner fails to make this connection required by this resolution within the time specified, the City e,Jagineer is hereby directed. to make such connections and. re-)ort the cost thereof to the ity Council, such cost to be assessed against the property with t e description of each lot and parcel of ground, as required by Ordinance.
