Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That inasmuch as there was an assessment of Eleven Hundred ( 2,100.00)
in 1917
Dollars levied/against the South 45 feet of Lot Six ( 6) ,31ock one (1) ,
CowiaIs Addition to the City of Jaterloo, Iowa, which assessment was an
error and should have been reduced by the Board of Review to , 200.00,
it is hereby recommended to the Board of Supervisors of Black Hawk
County, Iowa, by this City Council, that a refund of any amount of taxes
over and above said assessment of Two Hundred ( 200.00) Dollaryfs,
/)aid by Mary Bruck, the owner of the above described property,be made
to the said. Mary ruck; and the City Clerk is hereb authorized and
directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the said
Board of Supervisors of Black Hawk County,Iowa.
