Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of laterloo, Iowa:-
That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed, to transfer from the Lunicipal Court Fund of said
City the sum of Ten Thousand (0_0,000.00) Dollars to the General
Fund of said City, and
Be it further resolved that the City Treasurer be , and
he is hereby authorized and directed to *K*gKyikK metre the following
in the report
tranfers in order to comply sith the recomendationa/of the Auditor
of 6tate,Rxmaxt as submitted -Go the City Council of the City of
Va terloo, Iowa, My 6th, )18; towit:-
423.22 from the Special East Street Fund. to Special West Street Fund;
41195.42 from Special East Street fund to 'Ipecial West Street Fund;
171.91 from Special East Street Fund. to Special West Street FLInd;
.;p 31.50 from Special jest Street Fund to Special East Street Fund;
3147.70 from Special West Street Fund to Special East Street Fund;
544.00 from Special West Street Fund to Jest Street Fund;
$150.00 from Special West Street Fund to General Fund;
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be authorized
a rid directed to certify a true cony f this Resolution to said City
Treasurer.
