7hereas, it has been learlied through reliable sources,
that Mrs . Anna C. Dennis , 318 E. 8th street is one worthy of
a refund of her taxes paid for the sear 1918, she being a widow
with no other means of support than the assistance given her by
one daughter, low, therefore
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of 7aterloo,
Iowa, that we hereby recommend to the Honorable Members of the Board
of 611Dervisors of Black Hawk County, Iowa, that the taxes L.11-11xilx
of Mrs. Anna C. Dennis on her property situated in Block 24 Original
Plat East Waterloo, be refunded.
