Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Waterloo :
That the bid of the Dearborn construction company of
Waterloo , Iowa, received opened and read on the 28th day of March
1919 , for the construction of brick block paving with asphalt filler,
curbing and gutter or combined curb and gutter on various streets as
set forth in Resolution #4288 , passed on the 28th day of March 1919
in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby accepted and
any and all other bids are hereby rejected on said streets .
Be it further resolved that the City Attorney be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to prepare contracts for the doing of
siad work, and the Mayor and City clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to exeute said contracts in behalf of said city.
