RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS ANL Ste' C I SIC ATIONS.
WUR.LUS under the order and direction of this
Council plans and specifications for the construction of pelting
on E Park Ave . , W Second. Street, and Wasnington street in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, all a3 set out in Resolution No.
have been prepared by the City Engineer, and
Wl-ereas after a full consideration thereof this
Council has four and determined that said plans and specifica-
tions are proper and suitable to be used and followed in
the construction of said improvements,
Now Therefore, be it resolved by the City Council
of t:(le City of Waterloo , Iowa, that said plans and specifications
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted .
Passed and adopted this 27th day of August, 19 23.
