AItiNLIIvG PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY FOR
SIDEWALKS AIL OVERRULING OBJECTIONS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C OUNT IL OF THi�S CITY OF WATER-
LOO, I OWA :
That the Proposed Resolution of Necessity, approved
by this Council on the 24th day of July, 1923 providing for the
construction of sidewalks on Beech, Sumner and various other streets
in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, be and the same is hereby amended.
by striking out of said resolution that portion thereof providing
for a 5'4" sidewalk on the northeast line of Western avenue extending
from the southeast line of Third street to the north-:est line of
Fourth street, and
Whereas all objections made or filed to the improve-
ments provided, in said resolution of necessity, after being fully
considered by this council are _found. to be without merit , and should
be overruled
Therefore, Be It Further Resolved that all of said ob-
jections made or filed to the passage of said Resolution of Necessity
and to the makin,. of the improvement therein described, be and the
same are hereby overruled.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of August, 1923 .
