duly =-ssed a resolution of necessity on the 27th day of
j-,ugust , 1923 , declaring it necessary and advisable to im-
prove certain streets and avenues in tile City of ';‘:aterloo,

necessity for laying sidewalks on Sumner, beech, and other
streets in the city of Waterloo , Iowa,
Therefore, 3e Itesolved by the City Council of the
City of aterloo , Iowa, tilt the City Engineer be qnd he is
hereby directed to prepare plan: and specifications for the
construction of the improvements named in said resolution,
and to submit the same to this Council for its examination
and approval.
