being. 2,esolution of Necessity, have been prepared by
the C i ty ingineer,
AND ', 11:611 S, this Counc it has found aad determined
that the same are proper anc suitable to be used in the con-
struction of said improvements ,
NOW THEH .POR:, Be It Resolved by the City Council
of the City of Waterloo , IowA that said plans anri specifica-
tions for the construction of said curb and gutter be and the
same are hereby approved and adopted .
Passed and adopted this 27th day of august ,
