That pursuant to a Resolution of Iecessity passed
by this Council on the 27th day of August, 1923, the same being
Resolution No._`� ` that the improvements described in said
Resolution of necessity which is made a part hereof by reference ,
and which consists of laying sidewalks on the following streets
and avenues in Raid city:
A 5' sidewalk on the west side of Boston street ex-
tending from the north line of Louise street to the south line
of Dale street .
A 5 ' sidewalk on the east side of Longfellow avenue
extending from the north line of :ern street to thesouth line of
Parker street.
5' sidewalk on the east side of Steely .treet ex-
tending 'from the north line of Vine street to the south line of
Railroad avenue .
A 5'4" sidewalk on the east side of Columbia street
extending from a point 33' south of the south line of Bratnober
street to the north line of 2 rescent Place.
A 5' sidewalk on the north line of Lumner street ex-
tending from the east line of Mobile street to the west line of
Beech street.
A 5' sidewalk on the west side of Beech street ex-
