DIRECTINr PREPARATION OF PLANS AN:
SPECIFICATIONS .
IlNfREAS, the City Council of the City o ' "Waterloo ,
Iowa, duly passed a resolution of necessity on the 27th clay
of August, 192 ), declaring it necessary and advisable to im-
prove certain streets and- avenues in the City of 'e`7aterloo ,
Iowa, by construction of electrical lighting fixtures thereon,
said resolution being resolution No. q (D Q , and being entitled
a Resolution of Necessity for street Lights on ast Fourth,
and T est fifth streets .
TH FO j , e It -Resolved by the City Council of
the City of 't aterloo , Io'Aa, that the City ngineer be and he
is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
construction of the improvements named in said resolution, and
to submit the same to this Council for its examination A nd
approval.
Passed and_ adopted this 27th day of Augur t , 1923.
