Council plans and specifications for the construction of
electrical lighting fixtures on:
West _fifth St. from Jefferson to Washington streets .
past fourth S t. from Mulberry to Walnut streets .
Have been prepared by the City Engineer or ap-
proved by the City ;nineer; and
WI AS, after full consideration thereof, this
Council has found and determines that said plans and specifi-
cations are proper and suitable to be used and followed in
the construction of the said improvements:
NOW TI=L %FOR, Be It Resolved by the Council of
the City of 'W`aterl oo, Iowa, that said plans and specifications
above referred to , be and the same are hereby appio ved and
adopted.
