R ;SOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND .
SEWERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP WATER-
LOO, IOWA:
That the contract of Dearborn Construction Company of
Waterloo, Iowa, for laying lines of sanitary sewers on and along
Manson, Columbia, and various other streets in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, signed on behalf of this City by its Mayor and City
Clerk as of the 13th day of August , 1923, together with the ac-
companying bond for the faithful performance of said contract,
signed by •

and the same are hereby approved , a duplicate of said bond having
been filed in the office of the Clerk of the L istrict Court of
Black Hawk County, Iowa , as shown by endorsement upon said con-
tract . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to re-
turn to the said Dearborn Construction Company the certified
check filed by it with its bid for construting said improvements.
