Iowa, that all bills hereinafter described be and the same
are hereby allowed and the Mayor and City Auditor are here-
by authorized and directed t.o issue warrants against the

the respective name of each.

The City Enginft.er is hereby instructed and directed to
prepare a schedule of the property subject to assessment for
the cost and expenses of construction of improvements by the in-
heretofor ordered by tihis Council
stalling of uric:ergot-4mnd water and sewer connections/ together
with the names of the owners thereof and the amount assessable
by la\ and the resolutions of this Council against each lot or
parcel of ground abutting on or adjacent to said improvement
which schedule when completed shall be filed in the office of
the City Clerk,
Passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1923.
