WHEREAS, the bids received by this Council for
the construction of improvements by laying sidewalks on and along
Beech, Sinnner and various other streets in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa, are not acceptable to this body, and all subh bids should
be rejected.
NOW THEREFORE , Be It Resolved by the City Council
of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, that all bids received for the
construction of the Liprovements above referred to, be and the
same are hereby rejected, and theCity Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to return unto the persons filing the same, all cer-
tified checks filed wi th said bids.
BE IT 101TAI1IEil RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to readvertise for bids for construction
of 'caving on Beech, Simner and various other streets in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, as set out in Resolution No. 5459 .
