Be it refenved by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the City Treasurer be and he is
hereby authorized to transfer the sum of 0.0 ,000.00 from
the Dunicipal Court Fund to the Consolidated Fund of the
City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Be it further resolved that the City
Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to certify
copies of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Municipal
Court and to the City Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed this 24th day of September, 1923.
