RESOLUTION ORDERING ASSESSIVVNT FOR CUTTING WEEDS ON
THE NORTH 34 FT. OF LOT 1 AND BLOCK 1, AND THE NORTH
34 FT. OF LOT 2 AND BLOCK 1, AFFORD ALL ITI ON CANCELLED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T HE COUNCIL OF WATERLOO,
IOWA , that the assessment for the cutting of weeds
heretofor levied against the North 34 ft. , of Lot 1,
Block 1 , and the North 34 ft. , of Lot 2 and Block 1,
Alford Addition, P. M. Washburn, having been erroneously
levied , be, and the same is hereby ordered cancelled .
BE IT FLRTHER RESOLVED the City Clerk be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to certify copy
of this resolution to the auditor of Black Hawk County.
Passed this 24th day of September, 1923.
