for the construction of paving on and along E Park, # becond., and
'-,'ashigton streets, filed with the City Clerk in accordance with
the terms of the published not ice calling for proposals for the
construction of said improvements be and the same is hereby accep-
ted , the bid of said /2G� being the lowest
legal bid received .
B e it further resolved that the liayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized , instructed and order •c6 to enter
into a contract in behalf of the City of Waterloo, for the construe-
tion of said improvements with he said , - j ;�
but said contract shall not be binding upon said City until the
same has been duly approved by this Council .
Be it further resolved that all other bids for said im-
provements be and they are hereby rejected and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to return unto the persons filing
the same the certified checks accompanying such rejected. bids.
