RESDLUTION NO.
PIXING AMOUNT OP T BOND---2aving Cont. #18.
WHEREAS this Council had accepted the proposal of
to construct certain improvements
on and along E Park, W second, and Washington streets, the total
cost of said improvement being the sin of ,g; ; and
WHEREAS under the provisions of Chapter 347 , Acts
of the 38th General Assembly of the State of Iowa, it is necessary
that this Council shall fix the amount of the bond to be givea for
the faithful performance of the contract to be executed for the
construction of said improvements ;
NOW THEREFORE , Be It Resolved by the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , that the penal sum of the construction
