WHEREAS, the persons hereinafter named have filed
in the office of the City Clerk, affidavits, certificates,
etc. , claiming exemption from payment of city poll tax,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the reasons
as set forth in said affidavits, certificates, etc. , upon which
BE IT RESOI.VEL that the following persons be and
they are hereby exempt from the payment of City Poll Tax for the
year 1923, to-wit: ----
H. S . Marsh, 415 E 7th St. ,
Amos L. Foote, 79 Gable St. ,
Roy MoCombe, 216 Conger St. ,
Thomas Hotchkiss, 332 Fremont St . ,
Arthur H. 3obzin, 311 Clough St. ,
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1923.
