BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C OUNCI 1 OF WATERLOO, IOWA

by paving and resurfacing E Park, West Second, and Washington streets
in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , as set out in resolution No. 5`3
signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor and Clerk as of the ca561u
day ofl , 1925,. together with the accompanying bond for
the faithzu performance of said contract , signed by ( ,
as surety thereon, be and the same are hereby approved, a duplica e
of said bond having been filed in the do f ice of the Clerk of the
District Court of Black Hark Coanty, Iowa, as shown by endorsement
upon said.. contract. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direc-
ted to return to the said the certified
check filed by it t th its bid for constsuctin said improvements .
