RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT MD BOND.
SIDEWALK—Cont . No. 7
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract
of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of sidewalks on and
along Sumner, Beech, and various other streets in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, as set out in resolution No. 5459 , sitgn.ed on
hehale of the City by its Mayor ao.d_ Clerk as of the 2 Cu

bond for the faithful performance of said contract , signed by

same are hereby approved, a duplicate of said bond- having been
