Whereas, an error has been made in assessing the cost
of paving against Lot 17 , Block 12, Jhitney and Sedgwick
J.L. Joder and D.J. hodamer, in the amotat of
323.37 , under Certificate No. 0580, and
jherer_s, assessment number 0580 should be against Lot 17 ,
Block 12, except the Northwest 50 , Jhitney & Sedgwick' s
addition, S. P. Hoover, amount 261.64 and assessment for the
paving against the Northwesterly 50' of Lot 17 , Block 12,
Thitney & Sedgwick' s Ldd. should be to Elizabeth I. Bpdegra-c'f,
in the amount of 4s 61.73:
