RESOLUTION NO. 2013-409
RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 5.1, PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS,
AND SECTION 5.2, FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SURVEY FOR PARCELS "M"
AND "N".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 5.1, Preliminary Plat Requirements, and
Section 5.2, Final Plat Requirements, and to approve the plat of
survey for Parcels "M" and "N", be and the same is hereby
approved.
