instructed togive notice by two publications each in the Waterloo
r:venino' Courier, and the Waterloo Tribune , newspapers of 'eneral
ciycuieticn published in said city and by handbills posted in conspicu-
ous places alone the line of said improvement , that said plat and
schedule are now on file in his office and that within twenty days
after the first publication of said notice ell objections thereto,
or to the Prior proceedings , on account of errors , irregularities ,
or inequalities , riust be made in writing and filed with the said
City Clerk.
That this Council .'rill meet after the expiration of
said twenty days and consider any objections which may be filed, and
after making any corrections found necessary, will then make the
special assessments as shown in said plat and schec ule as corrected_

AND SCREDUL- OF ASSESSLENTS - CONTRACT f18
WHEREAS improvements heretofor ordered on
East Park Avenue from the northeast line of Mulberry Street to the
southwest line of Walnut Street ;
West Second Street from the northeast line of Commercial Street to
the northeast curb line of Cedar Street ;
Washington Street from the northwest line of West Ninth Street
to the end of the present paving at Eleventh_ Street.
Said improvements consisting of
Paving that part of East Park Avenue from the northeast line of
Mulberry Street to the southwest line of Walnut Street , which is
now occupied by center parking and unpaved ,
Resurfacing that part of East Park Avenue t hi.ch is now paved from
the northeast line of Mulberry Street to the southwest line of
Franklin street ,
Paving.West Second Street from the northeast line of Commercial
Street to the northeast curb line of Cedar Street , a width of 30 ft . ,
and
Resurfacing Washington Street from the northwest line of West Ninth
Street to the end of the present paving a.t Eleventh Street , as set
out in Resolution of Necessity No. 5451, which is by reference made a
part hereof and constructed under a contract with the :dryant Paving
Company of Waterloo, Iowa , dated the 25th day of September, 1923, has
been completed and was on the 28th day of September approved and ac-
cepted by the City Council of Said City, aril

this Council there have been prepared and placed on file in the office
of the City Clerk of said City a plat and schedule showing assessments
proposed to be made for the cost and expenses of said improvement
against the property abutting upon or adjacent to the same, ( and the
