BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOTA, that
The Mayor and City Clerk oe ana they are hereby
authorized to sign a certain contract and agreement with
the Illinois Central Railroad Company - said contract
being aatea November 21st , 1923, and providing for con-
struction of 10" sewer across I I. C . h . R. Co . right of way
on Polk Street - that part of sewer under trf#cks to be
cast iron pipe, balance tile.
Passed and adopted this kith day of December, 1923.
