Whereas on the 13th day of Au;list, 1923 , the 1,earborn Construction
Company entered into a contract with the City of -` aterloo , Ions,, for the
construction of the following described improvements in said cit ;T: to wit :
Laying of lines of sanitary sewers of the dimensions hereinafter set out
on the following streets a nc_ avenues : -
• 8" sewer on l�Lanson :greet extenaina- from the sewer on 1."euell
Street 170 feet south.
inn 8' sewer on Columbia Street from the manhole in Crescent &lace
2201 north.
A 10" sewer on Parker Street from the manhole in Burton Avenue to
the end o fn
the present sewer between Ashland .'venue and Grandview Avenue.
A 20" sewer on icier street extending from the manhole in h, anson
Street to the center line of Peek street.
A 15" sewer on Peek Street extending from the center line of
-�_ icker Street to toe center line of Newell street:
r_ 15" sewer on Newell Street extending from the center line of
Peek street to the center line of Hewitt eereet .
20 ' sewer on Peek street extending from the center line of

• 12" sewer on Charles street from the east line of Fourth Street
to the center line of :hanson etreet.

Construction Company has fully completed the construction of said improvements
in accordance with the plans and specifications and contract therefore:

structed under and by virtue of said contract and. plans and specifications
for the same; a.nd that the total cost of said improvement is hereby determin-
ed to be -v ! Z 7 r�= y� as sho‘ n in said Engineer' s report .

is hereby instructed and directed to prepare a plat and schedule of the
property benefited by said improvement showingthe separate lots and
parcels of ground, or parts thereof, subject t o assessment for the cost
and expenses of the construction of said improvement together with the names
of the owners thereof as far as practicable, and the amount assessable by
law and the resolutions of this Council against each lot or parcel of
ground abutting on or adjacent to said improvement and as inst any rail-
way or street railway whose tracszs, stations grounds or r icht of way are
located thereon, abut thereon or are adjacent thereto, which plat and
schedule when completed_ shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk,
said adjacent property to be and include the property } l_` the distance
to the next street but not exceed ing three hundred feet from the improve-
ment .
