Xs. 515-47/ To provide for the issuance of '24,000 City improvouent Bonds of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in anticipation of collection of Imirovement Fund Taxes, 7HERg.A3, The Cit" of -tlerloo, in the County of Black Hawk, and State of Iowa, is a city of the first clans, duly organized and eisting under and by virtue of the genoral laws and constitution of the State of Iowa; and 722.11A3, The City Council of said City deems it deoirablo that the collection of the improvonent fund tax permitted to be levied and colloctod under the provis ions of Section 330 of the Code and Sub-divioion ;: of Section 394 of the Supplemental Supplement to the Code of Iowa, 1915, be anticipated for the purpose of paying the cost of repairing streets within said city, and payable from the proceeds of taes levied and collected under said provisions, and that City Improvement Bonds in tho amount of o24,000 bo issued under the provisions of Section 912 of the Code of Iowa; and UILMA3, For tie purpose aforesaid and for the purpose of paying principal and interest of bonds hereinafter mentl_ned, it is necessary to levy a tax as hereinafter set forth on all property within said City, subject to taxation; now therefore B11 IT RE )01,17a, By tho City Council of t o Cit. of jaterloo, Iowv, as follows: 3ection 1. That there shall be and fdoore is hereby levied upon all property within the corporate Units of said city subject to taxation, for each of the yoars 1923 to 1932 inclusive, such port *.on of the five mill tax authorized by Section 394, Sub- division 2 of the Supp1e:m(342 Supplement to the Code of Iowa, as amended, as may be necessary to pay the principal of and the interest on the City Improvement Bonds in the rflount of '.;24,000 hereinafter authorized. eeetion 2.
