RESOLUTION NO
Be it resolved by the Council o" the city of
Waterloo, Iowa :
That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the sum of
$3000.00 from the Municipal Court Fund to the Con-
solidated Fund of the city of Waterloo, Iowa.
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be
and he is hereby authorized_ and directed to certify
copies of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Muni-
cipal Court Frnd_ to tie City Treasurer of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed this 8th day of January, 1923.
