RESOLUT ION FIXING AMOUNT OF B01D
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of waterloo ,
Iowa: that, Whereas, this Council has accepted the proposal of
the Bryant Paving Company, of Waterloo , Iowa, to construct paving
curbing and guttering on and along park Road , Broadway, Fletcher,
Falls Ave, Baltimore , I lichigan, Columbia Circle, Sycamore, East
Eleventh, Logan Ave and ,:rest Fourth street as set out in Resolution
of Necessity No 5379, which is by reference made a part hereof, all
in the City of waterloo, Iowa, the estimated cost of which is
$S-.3 9 ill-) •
And whereas, under the provisions of Chapter 347 Acts of the
Thirty-eigth General Assembly of the State of Iowa it is necessary
that this Council shall fix the amount of the bond to be liven for the
faithful performance of the contract to be executed for the constructio
of the said improvements, that
The penal sum of the construction bond to be given by the
said Bryant paving Com nay of waterloo, Iowa, as required by law
and the specifications for said improvements be and the same is
hereby fixed at thw sum of
Pased and adopted by the Council of the City of waterloo
Iowa this 4th day of June , 1923.
