Whereas this Council has fully considered said
objection and find that the same is without merit and should
be overruled:
Therefor be it resolved by the Council of the
city of Waterloo , Iowa that all objections made to the passa.);e
of said resolution of necessity and to the mating of the im-
provements therein described , be and the same are hereby over-
ruled .
